Pam Tinker is a licensed Physical Therapist specializing in Myofascial Release Technique for soft tissue treatment including musculoskeletal injuries, headache, neck and back pain, post-operative healing, and repetitive use injuries.

 

Pam and her husband Bruce relocated to Eugene from Northern Virginia. Pam is a graduate of MCV/VCU in Physical Therapy.  She was instrumental in the planning and implementation of the INOVA Mount Vernon Rehabilitation program.  She directed the program, which included Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Recreation Therapists, Neuropsychologists and Physiatrists. Other Physical Therapy experience includes hospital and outpatient neurological rehabilitation; school based physical therapy in Fairfax County and Falls Church Public Schools; home health physical therapy; and geriatric care.  Prior to moving to Oregon, Pam most recently worked part-time specializing in Myofascial Release Technique treating soft tissue dysfunction at Hand-N-Hand Therapy, a private therapist-owned outpatient facility in Arlington, VA 

 

Pam Tinker founded Mother Nurture Company dba Frog Pond Early Learning Center in 1998 in Fairfax County, VA, and continues as President, CEO, and Founder. She is responsible for oversight of one of the first year-round full day inclusion model preschools in the Northern Virginia area. The non-profit school has a nature-based curriculum that includes a mini-farm with dwarf goats and chickens, a butterfly habitat, and organic gardens.  

 

In 2016 Pam completed a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at George Mason University with a concentration in Religion, Culture and Values.  Her thesis explored current Cherokee culture. Pam is a tribal citizen of the Cherokee Nation and founding member of the Capital City Cherokee Community, a satellite community of the Cherokee Nation, and is a new member of satellite communities in Eugene and Portland. 

The garden studio is located behind the home and is accessed through the gate at the end of the driveway. It is wheelchair and walker accessible. Please park only on the street in front of the residence, not in front of the neighbors' homes.
